In My Mailbox 1: Ailsa's mailbox

I thought it would be fun for us to join in with this meme from The Story Siren.

These are the books I got this week:

1) Lord of Scoundrels, by Loretta Chase -> from BookMooch

2) Red-Headed Stepchild, by Jaye Wells -> from the bookshop

3) Night Life, by Caitlin Kittredge -> from the bookshop

4) The End of Mr. Y. by Scarlett Thomas -> from Book Hopper

What about the rest of you? Did you get hold of any interesting books this week?
And has anyone read any of these? I'm part way through L.o.S, and I'm saving T.E.o.M.Y. for a long plain ride on Monday, but I've read the other two, so I'd love to hear any thoughts you have on any of those books.

ohhhh i had lots of fun reading Red headed step-child! I hope you liked it too. Mage in Black (book 2) will be out in a few months yay!
*mini-spoilers*The heroine was getting on my nerves by being so naive and obeying so blindly, but i did get that it was supposed to be so. Now that she got some clues i can't wait to read more. I laughed a lot with that demon also, funny talking hairless cat!*End mini-spoilers
Lord of scoundrels sounds smexy, i keep hearing that title i'll have to check it out. What do you think so far?
I'm not really interested by Night Life, although i loved Caitlin Kittredge's Street Magic.
And i have no clue what The end of Mr. Y is about all!

Have fun readinnnnnnnnnnnnng =)

Tynga - I really liked it. And I can't wait for the next one to come out. I can't believe I waited so long to buy it, but it does mean that I don't have to wait so long for the next one.

Pattepoilue - she irritated me a bit too sometimes. And to start with I thought the demon-cat was a bit pointless, and annoying, but I liked him more as the book went on.
Lord of Scoundrels is fun so far. I'm not sure when (if ever) the last time was that I read a romance story with no paranormal creatures in it.
I liked bits of Night Life, and other bits were too gruesome.
I'll post reviews of all of them soon.
